General Program Information...
- Arrival: Check-in between 4:00-4:45 PM on Friday at the "Stockman's Hotel on Main Street (Rawhide will provide dinner on Friday).
- Departure: After Lunch on Sunday (around 1:00 PM).
Accommodates youth groups of up to 80 children maximum, and about 100 people total. Minimum age requirement of 7 years old (ALL attendees MUST have reached their 7th birthday prior to arrival). We recommend bringing roughly 2-3 adults for every 10 children.
The weekend program includes a 2-night stay at the ranch with 6 meals, classes in animal and horse science, vaulting (gymnastics on horseback), riding instruction, animal care time, plus evening activities, campfire and much more! Activities are for children only (adult chaperones do not ride or vault). See below for adult pricing.
Troops/groups will be bunked in their own cabin(s) at one of our rustic housing areas. Cabins are outfitted with wooden bunk beds/covered mattresses and overhead lighting. Cabins do have electricity and outlets. The modern shower/restroom facilities are located immediately adjacent to the housing areas. Final group size determines cabin assignment.

Reservation Information...
- To see available dates and/or book a reservation, please email [email protected] or call (760) 758-0083 to speak to our Registrar.
- Once your reservation request has been received and approved, we will send you a confirmation email. Troops/groups will then have 30 days to return their $250 or 10% (whichever is greater) nonrefundable deposit and signed contract. Reservations will not be held past 30 days if the deposit and contract are not received within that time. The deposit is based on your estimated number of children + adult chaperones and is applied toward your total balance.
- User groups guarantee minimum payment of 90% of the total balance due if head count drops below 10% of their originally reserved number of spaces.
- The final count of attendees (children + adult chaperones) & final payment will be due 14 days prior to arrival date.
- The group’s reservation must be made under the auspices of a sponsoring organization (i.e. Scouts, School, Church, YMCA, etc.) who must provide the necessary Certificate of Liability insurance paperwork.

Additional Information & Documents
A *Liability Release Form is REQUIRED for everyone attending (including children AND adults)! All forms will be emailed to the group leader/trip coordinator prior to the arrival date. It will be the responsibility of the group leader/coordinator to make sure that all participants in their group receive the required forms and additional information. Completed & signed forms must be turned into the RANCH upon arrival. You may also download the form below and turn in upon arrival.
