PARENT AND CAMPER INFORMATION
Authorized parent/guardian must accompany their camper through the mandatory sign-in process, which includes a temperature check and health screening. Any camper with a temperature exceeding 100.4°F degrees will not be allowed to attend camp that day.

The authorized parent/guardian must wear a face mask covering their nose and mouth.
For the safety of campers, a government-issued photo ID is required at check-out.
Only campers and staff will be permitted past the check-in/check-out stations for the health and safety of all as we honor state guidelines.

Groups will be preassigned taking into consideration families, age and then we will do our best to honor a friend request.

Be Prepared for the Day
Due to being a ranch with several animal activities and aligning with COVID-19 guidelines, here is some essential information for having a fun and safe time at Ranch Camp.
  • Arrive in long pants covering the ankle.  Pants need to be flexible and easy to move in.
  • Shirts need a sleeve (short or long - no tank tops please)
  • Wear closed toed shoes (boots or tennis shoes - no slip-on canvas shoes, no sandals).
  • Vaulting will be one of the activities.  Campers will need a pair of tennis shoes in addition to their boots/good sturdy shoes for riding.
  • It is recommended campers wear a face covering when within 6 feet of another individual.
  • Apply sunscreen every day prior to arrival.
  • Come with a full water bottle labeled with the camper’s name on it.
  • Bring snacks, not requiring refrigeration, in a labeled backpack or lunchbox.
  • We will provide a helmet.  Those with an ASTM/SEI approved equestrian helmet (not expired) are welcome to bring it.
  • A small personal hand sanitizer is recommended.
  • Please no cell phones.  This is an opportunity to unplug and enjoy!

*Please note our swimming pool and large group activities will be suspended.

RAWHIDE HEALTH AND SAFETY
Our top priority is the health and safety of our campers, their families, our staff, and the community. We are working diligently to ensure all recommended safety measures are met.

While the COVID-19 virus is challenging us to make camp look different at this time, you will find the same high-quality camp experience you have come to expect from Rawhide Ranch.

Safety Measures:
Our Ranch Camp operations will meet the required standards set forth by local and national experts to ensure a safe experience, including:
  • Campers must bring their own snacks for the day in a labeled backpack or lunchbox.  The only food served will be over lunch.  No food will be sold.
  • Campers should also bring water in a refillable water bottle.
  • Parents should apply sunscreen before campers arrive at camp in the morning, as staff will no longer be able to apply sunscreen to campers upon request.
  • Daily health screening and temperature checks are mandatory for all campers and staff before check-in. Any camper with a temperature exceeding 100.4°F will not be allowed to attend camp that day.
  • Frequent handwashing and enhanced sanitation practices.
  • Staff will sanitize supplies and equipment throughout the day.
  • Camp activities will follow social distancing guidelines.
