Note: Once a session reaches capacity for either boys or girls the online registration system will not allow you to select that session. Please select another session. If an opening becomes available we will be happy to switch you to another session upon request. (No change fee involved) .....Or, print a copy of our wait list request form for mailing or faxing to us to be notified of an opening. (See link on left.)

Camp fee includes a $200 non-refundable deposit. Final payment for Summer Camp is due no later than June 1st. All camper accounts with an outstanding balance after due date will be assessed a $50 per session per camper late fee.

"What if we have to cancel the reservation at the last minute?"

Many parents have inquired about camp cancellation protection to cover their investment in Summer Camp for their children. We now make available a competitively priced program that we believe meets the needs of our families. We highly recommend you review this plan created especially for the Summer Camp industry. Information on these optional plans is available online at www.travmark.com.

Cancellation Policy:

The camp fee includes a $200 non-refundable/non-transferable deposit. Should the need to cancel a reservation occur, the deposit may not be applied to a future program nor to another camper. For any cancellation received prior to final payment deadline, the camp fee will be refunded minus the non-refundable deposit ($200). In order to provide the highest quality horse program we must plan well in advance based on confirmed reservations. For that reason, after the final payment date for your child’s camp session no refunds will be issued for cancellations.
