
Cancellation Policy:
The camp fee includes a $200 non-refundable/non-transferable
deposit. Should the need to cancel a reservation occur, the deposit
may not be applied to a future program nor to another camper. For
any cancellation received prior to final payment deadline, the camp
fee will be refunded minus the non-refundable deposit ($200). In
order to provide the highest quality horse program we must plan well
in advance based on confirmed reservations. For that reason, after
the final payment date for your child’s camp session no refunds
will be issued for cancellations.
