If you are having trouble logging in it may be that you have an issue on your PC accepting cookies. Below are some instructions for enabling cookies on your PC. Cookies are how our website validates that you are securely signed in and should have access to the password protected areas of online registration. Cookies make sure all of your private information stays secure over the internet and provide increased ease of- use while registering for camp.

HOW TO ADJUST YOUR COOKIES SETTINGS

If you are using Internet Explorer:

  1. Open Internet Explorer
  2. Click Tools Internet Options from the menu at the top of the page
  3. Find the section Temporary internet files in the Internet Options window and click the Delete files button. (This might take a while.)
  4. Then click the Delete cookies button
  5. Then click the Settings button and select Every visit to the page by clicking the circle to the left of this option
  6. Click the OK button
  7. Next click the privacy tab and move the slider to medium (or lower)
  8. Below the slider, type "http://bunk1db.bunk1.com" into the text field and click "Allow"
  9. Click the OK button to close the Internet Options window

If you are using AOL:

  1. Open AOL
  2. Click "Settings" on the AOL toolbar at the top of the page
  3. (AOL 9.0 users skip this step) Click on "Preferences"
  4. Click "Internet (Web) Options" or "Internet Properties (WWW)"
  5. Click "Use your Internet Explorer settings to set advanced browsing options" (on the right)
  6. Continue with step #3 above.

If setting your browser to accept cookies does not solve the problem, the problem may be caused by a firewall. Some companies set up corporate firewalls to protect their computer networks so this is more often an issue if you are using your work computer but firewall software is available for personal computers as well. If this is a home computer, you can often solve this problem by changing the settings on your firewall to treat Bunk1.com as a safe website. If this is a work computer, these settings are determined by your employer and there is probably nothing you can do to enable you to have access at work.

HOW TO ADJUST YOUR FIREWALL

If you have Norton Personal Firewall

  1. Right click on the Norton Personal Firewall or Norton System Works icon in the system tray (the group of icons on the bottom right of the computer screen to the left of the clock)
  2. From the popup menu, select "Open Norton Personal Firewall"
  3. Click on "Privacy Control" in the center of the window
  4. Click the "Configure" button
  5. Click the "Advanced" button
  6. Click the "Add Site" button
